I build with AI, choose by judgment, and let time check my work. yuyabo.com
I’m Yabo Yu. I’m in my twenties and I live around the world. I speak Chinese and English, basic Arabic, and a little Japanese. My Arabic name is Bahr. It means sea.
I build my own things, mostly with AI. The more I use it, the surer I am of one thing: AI can finish the work, but it can’t tell you which work is worth doing. That part is still yours.
So this site holds calls, not a résumé. What I believe, what I’ve built, where I was wrong. Every post is dated, and I don’t quietly rewrite old ones. Photos from the road are here too. A new place has a way of reopening old conclusions.
Right and wrong are success and failure. When the call is right, the effort counts. When it’s wrong, own it early. Everything here is something I’m willing to let time judge.
Principles
- Ask whether before you ask how.
- Right and wrong come first. Winning comes after.
- Winning once doesn't make the call right. Time decides that.
- AI does the work. It doesn't make the call.
- Write down the wrong calls. The earlier you own them, the less they cost.
- Discipline isn't for doing more. It protects the time to think.
